I have been using the YourOffice in Birmingham, Alabama for about 5 years. The staff is great, the office is very nice, and is located in an upscale part of Birmingham. My clients always find it because of the huge lake in front and it is directly off of HWY 280. Unlike other similar business offices, Maleah Barton and her staff don’t charge you for giving your client a cup of coffee. I have been a tenant of Maleah Barton’s, at YourOffice at Eagle Point office park, since December of 2002. During my years here I have been consistently impressed by their commitment to service, their concern for their clients, and their flexibility in both solutions and attitude. I was originally somewhat leery of locating my business in a ‘managed space’ environment. For years I had operated in a retail-like location, with employees that were hired, trained and accountable only to me. The thought that the person—who would be answering and handling my customers when they called, greeting my clients if they walked in the door, etc.,—would not be soley my employee was more than a little scary. All the fears disappeared quickly because I saw that YourOffice had designed a sound, structured system that focused on the needs of their clients.
